eReader Screen Repair
Drop your eReader and damage the screen? On some models, there is no touch screen functionality, so we need to replace just the LCD screen. On a lot of the newer models, the screens are one component, so if one or the other is damage both need to be replaced. The screen replacement process usually takes one hour to be preformed by one of our engineers.
eReader not powering on or not charging? One of the more common reasons for this problem is a damaged data port. This is the name for the Micro USB port that you plug the charger into on your eReader. Commonly, we see oxidation of the port, or improper use of the charger as the main reasons for this problem to occur. If this is the part that is causing the problem, then we can have that replaced and back in perfect working order within 2 hours.
Can't hear anything through your headphones? The headphone jack, which is the socket that you plug headphones into, can commonly get damaged on all brands of eReader. Sometimes something gets stuck inside the jack, which causes problems, or issues can be caused by oxidation or a short circuit. Replacing this part usually takes our engineers about 2 hours.

Is your eReader glitching, freezing or crashing? This could be caused by a software fault, and could require a relish. This consists of removing the current firmware that is on the device, and reinstalling it all over again to remove viruses or solve any issues with glitches. Usually, this repair takes one of our engineers two hours to complete.
