We provide a FREE nationwide collection service for any damaged or broken devices in need of repair or servicing.
If you are too busy to call to us in person, or if you live too far from our repair centers to make it in, you can use this convenient service, because we want to make things easier for you.
It couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is fill out a short form with the details of the device, and the problem you’re having with it, and a courier will collect it from you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
DPD Couriers, one of the largest in the country, will call you within 24 hours of completing the form and arrange a convenient time to collect it from you.
From the moment DPD collect it, your device is 100% insured and trackable while on it’s way to us. As soon as it gets here, you will be contacted by the person handling your repair, just to let you know that one of our engineers is starting his diagnostics, and to confirm the issues you were having.
Being able to track your device doesn’t end with DPD. We provide a unique customer login to you as soon as we receive your device so that you can check on the status of your repair, or leave us comments and any queries you may have. Also, the customer should be aware that although we provide a free collection service, there is a €13.50 fee for delivery back once repair completed.
